How will I know you are honest about commission payments?

We know that the best partnerships are long-term so we do things properly. This includes being open and honest about commission that we owe our partners. So we’ll update you monthly with information about payments that you are due as well as keeping you informed of client transactions.

Can you personalise this partnership with my company?

Yes. We want to help you do more for your clients so we’ll tailor our service however we can. Options might include creating tailored webpages and content, setting up a personalised email address @worldfirst.com for your clients to use, producing marketing material, and setting up a unique process for referring clients.

Who will look after my company and my clients?

Each client will have direct access to their own dedicated dealer or consultant and you will have direct access to your partnership manager.

What currencies do you cover?

We cover all deliverable currencies worldwide, and in any pairing combination. 

How do I know my clients' money is safe with you?

We’re privately owned and we have no debts or liabilities. We’re in a strong, profitable and stable position, and have been since we incorporated. We have a 2A1 credit rating from Dun & Bradstreet (the highest rating you can get for a company our size), and our clients' funds are all placed in segregated accounts, so they are entirely separated from our own business accounts and are protected from creditors. We are not a small payment institution, and are therefore regulated.
